Priority Service - Super Premium Service
The new commercial partner of UK Visas and Immigration, have replaced the existing "super premium service", and has created two new services. One is the VIP service, which is similair to the previous super premium service, whereby ICS Legal can arrange to have a mobile unit to attend your office, home or any other locations. They will be able to complete a number of processes to ensure the application is valid for consideration by the UK Visas and Immigration Team at the Home Office. The second is the new mobile units, whereby we will arrange a location to complete the biometric details however there are certain requirements to be met for this service.
The concept of the new service is to provide a more efficient service but the Home Office decision on the application will remain to be decided within 24 hours. The benefit of using either the VIP service or the mobile units is to allow migrants and students to complete the biometric details of the application without the need to travel somewhere else.
How does it work
ICS Legal will be able to complete your application and then arrange the VIP service or the mobile service. The mobile service is only available if there are more than 10 applicants. The location where the mobile service will be arranged and further details of the arrangements will be provided. If there is a large group, the new service allows the new mobile unit to remain on site possibly all day or over several days, depending on the number of applicants.
How much does it cost?
The fee for our service is set at our standard rate but the costs of the VIP or mobile unit will be confirmed depending on the number of applicants. There are no base costs. To receive an indication of costs, you will need to email on email@example.com, with full details on the number of Applicants including dependants as well as the application types. We will get in contact with you within 5 working days after we have received a cost to use this service.
Who can use the new service?
If you want to use the super premium service, you must first satisfy yourself that you meet the requirements for the category under which you are applying under. You can use the super premium service if you are applying to extend your stay (known as 'limited leave to remain') or to settle permanently (known as 'indefinite leave to remain') in the UK.
