This category is only opened to Bulgarian and Romanian Nationals. There are 6 different routes available:
- Business and commercial;
- Training and Work Experience Scheme (TWES);
- Sports and Entertainments;
- Student internships;
- Sectors Based Scheme (SBS)
- General Agreement on Trade in Services
The eligibility section sets out the requirements that need to be met in order for us to issue a work permit under each of the different arrangements. Work permits are valid for work until a certain date.
To apply under any of these categories, they would need to meet the guidance set out. This arrangement is not under the Immigration Rules. |
