The same day service fast track is designed to give you a decision for your application within the same day. We receive your decision on your application between 6pm to 8pm in the evening and will inform you straight away the outcome of your application. The Home Office may keep your application for further checks and may delay the decision.
 

All the documents for your application would be returned on the same day including the decision with your passport. All documents addressed to the Home Office would be kept unless otherwise instructed.

ICS Legal submits your application to the Home Office in London and the applications are processed on the same day under the fast track premium services.
