Paying for our Legal Services

To protect our clients and to ensure we provide prompt service, our secure, friendly system is designed to allow you to make payment using your credit card/debit card or using a paypal account. In order to make payment, please click on outstanding payment and that window would then direct you to our secure payment system.

Telephone Consultations

All telephone consultations would require the payment to be made in advance prior the consultation taking place. Please click on “Outstanding Payment” and you would be directed to make the payment.

Face to Face Consultations

All face to face consultations can be made on the day and payment required in cash. If you wish to pay by card, please make the payment through our online system and would need to ring us on 0207 265 1144 to get the payment set up which needs to be done prior attending our appointment.  

Accepting our Legal Service

If you have recently attended our consultation and would like to take up our legal support, you would have received a client care letter electronically with a link as an e-mail. You would be required to log in before you click on the link for the client care letter.

Case Tracking

Case tracking is designed to give you up to date information of what is happening with your case with us. This is also to assure that we are always working on your case even after the case has been submitted. Please note when you are logged into our system, you would be required to click on “Check For Update” button so that any new updates can be seen by you.

Ask a Legal Question

This system was designed for those who live outside the UK and require expert legal advice from us. You would need to buy a credit and we charge a reasonable fee for that. Our legal advisors are regulated and qualified to provide legal advice on all UK immigration purposes. Those providing legal advisory outside the UK are not regulated and we recommend that you seek professional legal advisors from the UK to ensure correct advice is given.
