We provide 2 forms of consultations:
- The face to face consultation will last between 45 mins to an hour.
- Telephone consultations last 30 minutes only.
With both consultations:
- You will meet or speak to one of our specialist legal advisers who will be able to support and guide you on the legal matter.
- An opportunity will be given for you to ask question at the first instance, so the legal advisor can understand which options you have been looking at.
- The advisor will then ask a series of question to acetate information required to understand which category or what application would be best suited. Whilst we do not want to confuse, we will limit on the categories open to you and that will best serve your purpose.
- The legal advisor will set out an action plan and explain the importance on these.
- Depending on your understanding, the advisor will make references to the Policy and Guidance, and we will also explain where the information has been derived from.
- A summary consultation report will be sent with details of what categories are best suited with limitations, the service we can provide to you and how to proceed with us.
- We do not discuss about taking up our services as we want to send you a consultation report, and allow time for you to think about what has been discussed, what options are open for you and you can discuss this matter further with your family.
