To make an application for an extension, however you must score relevant points on the attributes and provide original documentation to support your application. You should also include your dependants if they are applying to extend their stay in the United Kingdom.

The following attributes will score points for your extension:

§                                 confirmation of your sponsorship;

§                                 your English language skills; and

§                                 maintenance (funds) available.
