The Home Office has a provision in place for those jobs on the shortage list, you will score enough points by applying for a job that is on the shortage list and there will be no requirement to score any points for future expected earnings or qualifications.
You must work a contracted minimum of 30 hours a week in a job on the shortage occupation list. Your sponsor will confirm the job is on the shortage occupation list on your certificate of sponsorship so you should check with your sponsor that they have.
Resident Labour Market – your employer must advertise the job on appropriate mediums as shown on the published guidelines, and not found a suitable settled worker before issuing a certificate of sponsorship.
